A Leaf Beneath the Sand ~ [Open]
The bright blue afternoon sky glinted in the flickering golden sun, it's solar rays cleansing the Earth with it's flaring light. The gently corresponding wind had matched the softness of the sun's appearance; when suddenly a friction of solidified mass making it's way through the humid air caused the wind to become slightly unsettled, but still gentle in itself. A lone figure, his height reached a few mere inches below that of six feet. The shinobi at hand was not such to be trifled with; Roxas Kouseitan'i, a skilled ANBU Black OPs member who possessed the highly-coveted Rinnegan. His feet moved in unison, left forward, right forward, left forward, right forward.
But, of course, Roxas was certainly no fool in the arts of covert operations. There was a constant mild float of chakra that breezed from the bottom of his sandals, leaving not even a marking of his former passing. 'Why Hokage-sama sent me on such a pointless mission, I shall never know.' the young male thought with deep disdain at the undisputed silence that stood aloft amongst the breezing brown sand caressing the horizon with it's very grains. A frown crossed his lips as he looked out onto the large village of sand that sat atop the desert in near complete silence.
"Maybe Austin wouldn't mind if I had... a little fun..." he muttered to himself. Without the need or use of a single handsign he was able to transform his very appearance into that of a Hidden Mist Country ANBU Black OPs Member. His mask fit snugly, and he looked through the small holes towards the village. "I will quite enjoy this." he smirked, enjoyment glazing his eyes as he built up a stupendous amount of chakra around the roots of his feet before discharging it in a massive simultaneous bombardment of force, his body being propelling at incredible speeds through the air.
He was sent flying towards Sunagakure no Kuni, his angle and trajectory at just the right position and velocity that he would be sent gliding over the very top of the walls guarding the village. 'Austin told me to gather information, he never said how...' he thought, chuckling as he performed a swift string of handsigns. "Now!" he shouted, his body flickering as his other six bodies emerged from it, solidifying into other shinobi who looked exactly like Kirigakure no Kuni ANBU members, every single one performing the same handsigns as the primary body activated the technique.
"Water Style! Black Clouds Jutsu!" all seven bodies shouted in unison, as they stood, feet planted, atop the wall surrounding the Sand Village. A black mist was suddenly exerted from their body in massive amounts, rising into the sky. All seven highly skilled S rank shinobi utilizing the jutsu at once would bring most powerful results. The black mist slowly draw in a massive amount of dark-colored clouds, near completely covering over the top of Suna, it's clouds beginning to pour down highly flammable oil in massive amounts, pouring it in large amounts. "We'll tear this village apart, rock by rock if we have to!" they all shouted, their voice monotonous yet melodic.

"Wake up you fool, hey wake up, Damnit wake up!" said the voices of nobody around Null's sleeping body, but a distinct voice within Null him self. It was the voices of the bijuu sealed in Null, in which he like to call shi. Null quickly awakened from his choma like sleep, nobody in Sunagakure could blame him, for he had been awake for three weeks straight after working out a mission for the kazekage. But he did fall asleep 3 days ago so he felt as if he got enough sleep. Null scratched his head as he slowly opened his crusted over eyes, "What is it shi?" Null responded as he streched out from a overencumbering slumber. Null felt a couple of pops in his elbows, and even crackes his back before he stood. His nude body falling out of the milk white sheets as he slipped into his robe. Tyeing the sash around his crimson read robe he walked over to the mirror in his room.
"Don't say what with such an attitude, your lucky I woke you up at all"
Null smirked at the anger in his bijuu as he looked in his mirror scruffing his bead head into the normal sitting position of his sandy blonde hair. Null began to yawn for the second time when the bijuu began to yell.
"Stop yawning already, there is an unusual presence within sunagakure!"
Null's deep blue eyes grew wide with worry with the reflection looking right back at him he quickly got out of his robe grabbing on to his clothing that would be known as usual to him and the villagers of Sunagakure. His midnight blakck vest that tightly clinged to his muscular toned body. He quickly threw on some confortable slacks, and shoes on. Null grabbed on tightly to his anbu mask tyeing it on slanted holding up his bushy blond hair. He almost walked out of the door when he felt as if he was missing something, which he was. Null turned around as he picked up his large gourd which was sitting at the foot of his bed. He tied the sash that held up his gourd around his waist and mid chest. He than quickly ran out side the door jumping on to a short shack, and hopping to a taller house. He kept jumping house after house until he reached one of the tallest buildings in suna which consequesntly lead to not being able to see much over the crowd of houses, and buildings.
"You fool dont look down, look up"
Said the voices of his angry but honerable bijuu. Null did as told by Shi and gazed towards the heavens with his deep blue eyes as they gazed upon the rolling in of black clouds. Null knew it was not normal for black clouds to be in sunagakure let alone any clouds to be in the land of the sand. That's when Null heard the echoes of multiple voices, from the echo he could tell where they were. So he quickly began in a sprint towards where he thought the reason of the black clouds. Null began running from rooftop to countless rooftop as he did previously just with increased speed. As Null got closer he began to feel the presence of six or seven shinobi.
Thats when Null sniffed the scent of oil or gasoline, something that was definetly not normal whatsoever. When all of a sudden he looked up to see the dark clouds dropping down black drops of oil. Null had no idea what it was but he definetly did not want it to touch suna. He quickly came to a hault as he closed his eyes focusing on his steel sand within his gourd, when all of a sudden the steel sand shot out of his gourd like a bat out of hell. A very large amount of his steel sand rushed to the skies spreading out. The large amount of sand acting as a umberella making the oil like rain pour off away from sunagakure.
Null kept walking forward as he felt the presences getting closer. Null peared off a rooftop looking down upon the seven anbu look alikes. Null crouched down with his gentle palm touched the warm roof top. "Hey you there, what is your purpose here?" Null questioned as he looked at the man awaiting a response, and was surprised that Shi didn't make any rude comment yet.

Kichirou was walking down a sandy road. In the shopping district of the town as he noticed that black rain was coming down on his bright green, spiky hair. Then threw out the rest of the town he looked up and saw black clouds in the sky and the rain slowly went down his Sunagakure head band and face. To his black trench jacket buttoned all the way up. Then down the cloth covering his puppet on his back his blue eyes grew big.
Kichi saintly stopped walking down the road. Then thought to him self ok this is odd it isn’t supposed to be raining at all here in Suna. what is going on then saw null go by on the roof tops "so he has woken up now has he" then jumped on to the roof top where null had pasted and saw nulls gourd this is bad what is going on he said to himself. Then he stood there and watched null stop and the sand go up to the sky making it stop raining.
Kichi smiled "a fight" took off his puppet from his back and grabbed an end of the Goss, spinning the Goss around the puppet round and round. He finally finished unraveling his puppet. Chakra string flew to his puppet and then ran across the buildings one by one towards null. He finally reached null. Kichi just stood there for a couple of seconds. Then looked at the people on the rock then said "so what’s going on with them"

Re: A Leaf Beneath the Sand ~ [Open]
Useless and arbitrary tasks seemed to be the coming norm for the boy. First he was sent to the middle of a miserable desert, with no purpose. When he got there, he had to spar with the Hokage, the Hokage. What the hell was he supposed to do to the Hokage? It was like fighting air. A more tangible, shinobi version of air, but the futility was all the same. The boy had no idea what the Hokage was trying to get across to him with that exercise. He also had no idea what he was trying to get across with this exercise. Why was he sending him to watch Roxas? It’s not as if the ANBU captain needed supervision, if there was a fight Tinbe would most likely only get in the way. He could take care of himself and he would most likely be a liability if anything. Why in the world was he sending such a high profile ninja to Suna anyway? What in the world did he plan to accomplish with all this? It was all so very pointless.
The boy was speeding along, armor donned, flying a few feet above the ground. He would reach Suna soon. He would have to thank his father, flight made traveling through the sand such an easier experience. Maybe that was why the Hokage sent him; was he the only one who could get here in time? No, that still didn’t make sense. Even if he did get there in time to back up Roxas, he’d still most likely get in the way if he was fighting an equally powerful opponent. Tinbe was stiflingly arrogant and over-confident, but he wasn’t an idiot. He knew his limits enough to realize that he wasn’t going to be of any assistance. Could the Hokage sent him simply to watch? What for? He of all people would know what Roxas was capable of. What good would watching him do? Was the Hokage expecting insubordination?
The village of Suna came into sight, just as the Kage instructed. The boy’s eyes scanned the village on the horizon and he was shocked to see the storm cloud overhead. He recognized the jutsu, but there was no reason for it to be that large. Was that Roxas? Was Roxas capable of making such a potent jutsu? That was unreal. If that cloud was permitted to keep going much longer, a simple Katon or even so much as a spark could light the village up in flames.
Tinbe swerved to the left, flying around the cloud before banking hard flying, low and through an opening in the gate. Most people were more focused on the ominous clouds above than the small boy zooming around near the ground. Most people paying attention to the chakra signitures probably would notice Roxas before him as well. To the common shinobi, he went unnoticed.
Tinbe hovered neatly through an open window. There was no resistance in the house; it would appear the denizens were either out admiring the cloud or elsewhere. This would be a suitable enough location to observe the situation from. That is what he’d do, he’d observe. The boy walked up the stairs, looking for signs of danger. When he found none, he sat down in front of an open window and turned his eyes to the wall.
Atop the wall was an assortment of what seemed to be Kiri shinobi. That was odd in and of itself. Why would seven Kiri ANBU randomly assemble on the Suna wall? Why were Kiri shinobi here? It was strangely coincidental for him to be sent here to find and watch Roxas while a Kiri attack was going on. In fact, why was a Kiri attack happening? Did they make this cloud?
Luckily for Tinbe, his armor was back at home now and his armor was the only thing that was exposed to this rain. Hopefully, his father would be cleaning it and if he wasn’t, well, he wasn’t expecting an attack anyway. The boy took a piece of paper from his pack and a writing utensil and began to write down what was happening. Starting from his arrival in Suna to the strange Kiri shinobi

Name: [Raiton]: Kozumukki Yoroi [Kozumukk Yoroi]
Rank: B
Type: Weaponry
Element: Raiton
Description: This is the training necessary to utilize the Kozumukki Yoroi. The armor enhances all base attributes (Strength speed dexterity endurance etc)at the expense of a constant drain of chakra. Without advanced chakra control, the user would be depleted in a matter of seconds. At the genin level, Tinbe can maintain the armor’s functions for fifteen minutes before being rendered unconscious. Also, the body will grow weaker the longer the armor is used, as electrical charges are used to hyper accelerate the muscles of the body and prolonged use can cause injury.
Name: [Raiton] Kozumukki Yoroi: Kozumukki Hishou
Rank: B
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Raiton
Description: By channeling electricity through the metal poles protruding from the armor’s back, Tinbe can create a magnetic field beneath him, causing his body to be pushed upward. With this, Tinbe can maintain a low level of flight for short periods of time, going no higher than ten feet for any longer than fifteen seconds. In addition, the magnetic field can be used for a short burst of speed.

((How did you notice I was Roxas? I was already in disguise by the time I had performed the jutsu, and you stated that you had entered the topic when the jutsu was still in effect. Therefore, I was already disguised and you could not tell.))
